<li>Tim Alford has successfully represented clients in all phases of litigation, from depositions and discovery, dispositive pre-trial motions, all the way through trial and arbitration. His recent favorable results include a take nothing judgment for a contractor in a premises liability action in Dallas County and the pre-discovery dismissal of a civil lawsuit in Collin County.</li></ul> |
